Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part – such as packages lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause – are covered at our expense. We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
If you’d like to return an item, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our partner’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our partner’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself . New shipping charges will be applied for orders that were returned unclaimed at customs, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
Return Addresses: Packages sent out from our partner’s US fulfilment centres are returned to their Charlotte facility. Its address is 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273.
Meanwhile, packages sent out from our partner’s Europe location are automatically returned to their Europe fulfilment centre. Its address is Starta 1, 2nd bldg., 3rd fl., Riga, Latvia LV-1026.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Lox4U therefore reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
